This was once a free website. Why do I have to pay now?

As much as I would like to keep Gluten-Free-Online a free service, there are ongoing and increasing costs associated with running it.

After much consideration I have decided to set up a paid membership site to cover these costs. However, it is my intention to provide an even better resource for you. I will be spending the majority of my time developing and improving the website and adding to it on a daily basis. 

How often do you add new information to the member's only section?

This site is driven by passion and a desire to excel. We spend hours everyday working on content, doing research, finding more information for you to use, responding to your questions, and creating systems that will serve you better and help you cope with Celiac Disease and related conditions.

Will members have access to all areas of the site?

Yes! Everything will be available for you to peruse once you're a member...There's no membership upgrades or anything extra to pay for.

Are there any hidden charges once I sign up?

No. Once you're a member you have access to EVERYTHING on the site.

Are my credit card details safe?

They certainly are! We use PayPal to process your payments. Using PayPal means you can shop safely without sharing your sensitive financial information with sellers.

You can pay with any major credit card and are fully covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. PayPal takes credit card fraud extremely seriously and has the highest levels of security to protect your card details.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You don't need a PayPal account to join. Having a PayPal account just makes things faster. You can pay with a credit card and your card details are still protected by PayPals safeguards. 

Can I pay by writing a physical check?

Yes you can. You may sign up for 12 months membership + $10 to cover admin costs and bank charges. Total cost - USD$79.
